UGLQ Connect replaced a patchwork of legacy tools with one secure, purpose-built platform.
It’s now the operational backbone of Queensland Freemasonry. Lodge secretaries report big time savings on admin, and the Grand Lodge has the data it needs to manage the network.

The challenge
The United Grand Lodge of Queensland governs Freemasonry across the state: hundreds of lodges and thousands of members. Membership records, communications and lodge admin lived in disconnected legacy systems, which made work slow for the Grand Lodge and for every lodge secretary.
What we built
We built UGLQ Connect, a secure, role-based membership system. It handles member records, lodge administration, dues tracking, communications and reporting across the whole Queensland network. Grand Lodge administrators, lodge secretaries and members each see only what’s relevant to them. The gold-and-navy design reflects the organisation’s heritage and gravitas.
