The challenge
8Drive Cars offers premium self-drive and chauffeured rentals. Bookings, fleet availability, customer records and chauffeur scheduling were mostly manual, with no central system holding it together. They needed a purpose-built platform to run the operation end to end.
What we built
We built the 8Drive intranet: a web application covering the full rental workflow. It handles real-time fleet availability, bookings and reservations, customer records, chauffeur assignment and reporting. The UI follows their premium brand (dark navy, clean type), and every workflow is designed for speed, because staff use it all day.
